Children’s Sunday School

Children’s Sunday school, held from 9:15-10:15 on Sundays in the Luther Room, plays a vital role in the life Christian education here at St. Paul’s. For over thirty years St. Paul’s has been teaching children of all age, i.e., infants to high school ages the word of God.

In Sunday School we open with prayer, and then we have a Bible lesson and discussion. An arts and crafts project (usually related to the lesson of the day) follows, and then we share a snack together. A time of "free play" may also follow. Our objective is to provide a quality Christian education that ministers to the entire person - spiritually, psychologically, physically, and socially.

We also have our “Confirmation classes” for children starting at the age of 10. Upon completing their First Communion, these children enter a three-year course designed to train children in the doctrines of the Christian faith.
